IN-PERSON OR ONLINE SESSIONS
All facilitated therapies are not a substitute for any medical treatment.
The therapies offered involve processes of consciousness expansion, energy rebalancing, counseling, and sharing of knowledge and experience between the therapist and the client.
The client is also responsible for their own consciousness expansion and dedication to their healing process for the therapy to be effective.
Healing is not about solving a problem or fixing something “wrong”; it is about evolving and expanding our capacities as conscious, responsible, and unique beings on all levels of our existence, connected to our essence.
The therapist reserves the right to discontinue the sessions at any time or suggest another therapist if deemed more suitable for the client.
All shared information with the therapist is confidential, and the client’s privacy and integrity will always be respected.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
Appointments must be scheduled through the contact form or directly via email.
Confirmation of the appointment will be sent via email upon receipt of the session payment proof in advance.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, Revolut, wise or MBWay (for Portugal).
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that cancellations may be necessary due to urgent reasons. However, the terms and conditions below ensure a respectful, clear, and organized relationship between both parties. Please read the following information carefully.
All sales are final and non-refundable. If you are late, you may opt for a shorter session that ends at the originally scheduled time, or reschedule the session for a more convenient time. However, in the latter case, 50% of the session fee will be charged. If you fail to attend the session without prior notice, 100% of the session fee will be charged.
If you need to cancel or reschedule the session for personal reasons, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If we are not notified within 48 hours, a 50% fee of the scheduled session will be applied.
